Description
OneSync All In One Business Solution is seeking an Office Staff (Fresher) to join our team. OneSync is a leading provider of business solutions that help organizations streamline their operations and improve their bottom line. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam. The primary responsibilities of the role include Telly calling and Digital Marketing. As part of the role, the candidate will be required to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist in digital marketing activities, and follow up with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
- Assist in digital marketing activities
- Follow up with potential clients
- Achieve lead conversion targets
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: INR 5000 per month
- Commission: 10% of initial payment and 5% of every renewal until the first year is complete.
